Green Power Easy is an easy, do it yourself solar and wind power guide that claims to outdo its competitors by taking home renewable energy to the next level. Instead of eliminating up to 80% of your power bill like the competition, they claim to teach you how to eliminate 100% of your power bill and go off the grid completely with the easiest guide on the market.

This guide was created by Peter Lowe and his wife Jennifer who have spent the past 7 years helping others design green power solutions for their homes. With that kind of experience it is easy to see why they decided to put their knowledge on paper and bring it to a much wider audience.

Before I get too far into the Green Power Easy review, I thought I would mention something that I think is important with this alternative energy guide.

I believe that this guide is the best fit for more serious and motivated do it yourselfers who are ready to take their solar and wind power system to the next level. This is because it doesn’t end with the easy to follow instructions. They have included monthly hour and half video updates to help you get the most out of your guide and more. Honestly, I’m interested in the “more” part but since Green Power Easy is new, I’m eagerly waiting.

I want to highlight some aspects of the guide that I think they did an exceptional job with.

First was the fact that they included several chapters on how to reduce energy consumption all over the house including lighting, appliances, heating and cooling, and water heating. They do a great job of reminding us that it isn’t just about creating the power we need; it is also about reducing the amount of power we consume.

They also take a different perspective than many of the other guides. They still focus on how to start with simple and easy solar panels and wind turbines but they also get you to think about the big picture and how to design an entire system to produce and store 100% of your power needs.

Another great benefit of Green Power Easy is that because it is newer, it contains all up to date information. This is great for the parts ordering guide and rebate guide because this information does change over time. I was very impressed with the rebates guide which opened my eyes to some sources of money that I didn’t even know existed.

Getting down to the nitty gritty of the Green Power Easy review, the pictures and diagrams were exceptional as I expected from these guys. The guide didn’t have any obvious shortcomings and was one of the easiest, if not the easiest, guide that I’ve read considering the instructions and ease of reading.

Does their whole home conversion claim hold water? Considering that I’m an electrical engineer and solar power expert, it sure makes sense to me. But I have to admit that they have been doing this much longer than I have. I will also say that converting your entire home is a bit more involved than simply building solar panels and wind turbines. But it is very possible and this guide is the first to show how it can be easily done.

This is why I said earlier that the Green Power Easy guide is best suited for those who are serious and motivated. But they also provide you with all the basics as well so it doesn’t really matter what your level of knowledge or motivation is, you can still start with a simple system.

Green Power Easy is also doing their part to ensure you that they deliver a quality product by offering a generous 60 day, money back guarantee. This is plenty of time to put their guide to the test risk free. But even for an expert, this guide is a definite keeper that I will be referring to in the future. If you have any comments or questions about what was or was not covered in this Green Power Easy review then please let me know and I’ll update it accordingly.
