I have often been asked which do it yourself alternative energy guide is the best which has led me to answer the question with this Earth4Energy review.

Earth4Energy is a successful do it yourself wind and solar power guide that claims to save you $1000s of dollars by building your own home solar power system for under $200. This guide was created by “Do It Yourself” expert Michael Harvey who has helped thousands of do it yourselfers go green and save up to 80% on their electric bill while helping to fight global warming.

They have to keep up with technology which is always improving and you’ll be set when they are forced to revise their guide.

Being an electrical engineer, I also like the emphasis on solar power education. They put together an exceptional bonus solar power educational video that covers everything you need to know. I’m always trying to educate people but somehow the sound of my voice ends up putting them to sleep. But these videos are a great way to get the education in a much more exciting and entertaining format.

I also wanted to note in this Earth4Energy review that not only are these solar panels and wind turbines easy to make, they are just as good and look the same as the commercially available ones but much cheaper. When I make a system like this, it takes me only a couple of weekends to put together and install. Most people I talk to are up and running in as little as 2-3 weeks and even faster once they have a good grasp on the process.

I’d also like to point out that one of the biggest benefits to this type of solar power system is that you can start small and easily expand it later by simply building and adding more solar panels. So no matter how much time you have to put into building your solar power system, you can build it up at your own pace.

All said and done, I am very pleased with the simplicity, completeness, and effectiveness of the Earth4Energy guide. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that it is one of the longest running guides available online which has allowed them to work out all of the kinks and make sure that they didn’t miss a thing.
